EnQuest PLC Cross-border transfers

DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, Sweden Branch (“DNB”), has been appointed as Cross-border Agent by EnQuest.

As notified in a press release on 5 September 2023, EnQuest plans to apply for a delisting of EnQuest's shares from Nasdaq Stockholm. The formal request to delist is expected to be submitted to Nasdaq Stockholm on 5 December 2023 with the last day of trading likely to be around two weeks after the application date (the “Delisting Date”). Selling and buying shares in the Swedish market will cease from the Delisting Date. At a future date, yet to be finalised, EnQuest intends to deregister from Euroclear Sweden and the Swedish book-entry system for shares. The shares in EnQuest will no longer be available to be held in the current electronic form in Sweden thereafter.

Cross-border transfer applications made via DNB within the period of action, defined as being 8 November 2023 to 13 December 2023 and according to instructions presented in this letter, will be completed free of charges to shareholders. Shareholders seeking to effect a cross-border transfer after the period of action will be responsible for the costs of effecting such transfer.
